Foksal 13/15

A very unusual implementation, revitalization of two extremely prestigious tenement houses from the end of the 19th century at Foksal Street in Warsaw. The use of modern aluminium and glass technologies (under the watchful eye of the monuments conservator) could only apply to fragments added to the original body, such as the back street front, a built-up floor or external elevators, but incorporating even these few elements into a classic whole was a challenge. Graphic replicas of antique windows appeared on the elevator shaft, made in computer printing technology on glass, but most of the elements we have realized are absolutely neutral, remaining rather the background for the rich "belle époque" detail.
- 700 m2 aluminium and glass windows and facades
- continuous balustrades and porte-fenetre in glass
- glazed roof skylights
- internal partitions, including EI60
