:: Marynarska Business Park

Complex of four buildings at Marynarska and Taśmowa streets in Warsaw’s Służewiec district, a giant architectural and urban layout, one of the biggest aluminum façade developments in Poland
  • 21.000 sqm of aluminum and glass façade in total, in structural, semi-structural and mullion-transom systems with spider glass hanged on bearing glass ribs
  • one separated building with structural glazed wall on curved plan
    • interesting and technically very difficult, aerodynamic feature of “glass wings” protruding from two building corners
    • tridimensional cladding of steel beams bearing the wings – aluminum composite panels with inlaid led light strips
    • aggressive forms of sun breakers on the roof, defining the character of all building
  • three buildings chained in one through link bridges
    • façade of strong horizontal grid, underlined by special covering caps extruded from individually designed dies
    • composition of limestone archways, of different dimensions and shapes, built into glazed surfaces
    • differing of forms through glazing of different reflective factors
    • rich detail in curved aluminum composite panels
