METROPOINT

An office and service building, located at Karolkowa Street in Wola, which is currently becoming the most important commercial district in Warsaw. The facility is integrated into the existing buildings of the frontage, with one common wall leading to the Crown Square office building, the facade of which was also the subject of our project several years ago (see Crown Investments), which gives us a nice sense of continuing the company’s contribution to creating the space of the modern capital. An interesting design, where the strong rhythm of verticals is emphasized in the form of perforated ribs mounted to specially pressed masking panels, while the horizontal division and opening quarters are visually minimized, implemented in structural technology, with silicone joints, without aluminum profiles visible from the outside.
