POSTĘPU 14, WARSZAWA

An office building located on the corner of Marynarska and Postępu streets in Warsaw. A huge building, on the H plan, with an 11-story and 8-story wing and a central connector. The extremely interesting, fragmented body of the building seems to be made of gigantic blocks, with slight shifts in relation to each other in the plan of individual storeys. The elegant, dark façade is enlivened by niches and recesses with illuminated orange glass panels, which, both during the day and at night, are a characteristic and unique decorative accent. The design is refined in the smallest detail, down to the stainless steel masking strips, handcrafted for the needs of this facility. Very high requirements for acoustic parameters resulted in the development of a special window – a ventilator with a multi-layer panel, which obtained the result of RA2 = 39 dB during research tests.
