A huge complex of three office, hotel and service buildings, growing out of the common podium, located at the Ignacego Daszyńskiego roundabout in Wola, which is now the largest cluster of Warsaw skyscrapers. The project covers the entire podium, including the connectors between towers A, B and C, and tower A, 22 storeys, intended for a hotel. The podium was outlined on an irregular polygonal plan, while the tower – on an apparently elliptical plan, composed of four angular sections with different radii. The lower floors, each about 6 m high, the ground floor and the first floor, glazed with panes without horizontal divisions, give the impression of a monumental reception of the building from the street level. On the other hand, the effect of narrow window facades, gradually widening every second storey upwards, and integrated into a white ventilated housing, give the impression of lightness to the silhouette of the entire skyscraper. Very diverse facade typologies, meticulously analyzed details, a multitude of bent elements, etc. required an exceptionally extensive design development and a precise assembly process.
