A hotel and apartment complex located in the industrial district of Ghent, currently undergoing revitalization. A high and modern standard of finish contained in a rather classic form of development with a hint of traditional Flemish cladding made of dark clinker brick. Sliding terrace doors and large-size glazing required precision of assembly in combination with complex processing of aluminum glyphs, at the contact with the ceramic cladding.

- 1,200 meters of glass balustrades
- windows, doors, sliding doors, mullion and transom facades
- suspended ceilings made of aluminum coffers
