An office building integrated in the prestigious Plac Europejski complex, right next to the Warsaw Spire tower. The building consists of two main blocks, the lower one, up to 7 storeys, with small two-level façades fitted with a cladding made of dark stone and cut off with a white glyph, while the higher one, up to 14 storeys, is made in a continuous façade with characteristic masks in the form of white ribs with variable projection on the verticals and levels. The irregular polygonal plan, varied forms, patios and terraces on different levels give the impression that it is rather an organic fragment of the urban tissue than a single building. In addition to the great location, the very high standard of finish and exacting technical parameters, together with the unique aesthetics of the facility, immediately attracted the attention of an excellent tenant – BNP Paribas.
